Jodie is Principal and Founder of JWC Legal. Her practice focuses on complex intellectual property issues, particularly relating to patents, trade secrets, and copyrights.
Jodie assists her clients with a range of IP issues, from strategic IP portfolio advice, risk assessment, and due diligence, to pre-litigation counseling through trial and appeal. In particular, Jodie specializes in advising clients in emerging/complex technologies and regulated industries.
